Why it wants to update from v12.0.7.0(stable) to lower v12.0.2.0.rjsmixm? I have mi 10t lite

I have mi 10t lite, a week ago the miui v.12.0.7.0 (stable) update came to me, and now a week later this update v.12.0.2.0.rjsmixm. The changelog says that this is a security update, but firstly, why does it weigh 2.5 gigabytes, and secondly, why is it lower according to the firmware version?
